----- PLAYERS -----

For NEW players steps 1, 2 & 3 below must be completed by each player. After completing these steps a players card good for multiple seasons will be mailed to your team manager. If you already have a players card from a previous season, you will only need to pay your registration fee (step 2). The Player Cards are required in order for a player to enter the field and will be checked by the referees before each game. If you are not yet associated with a team please submit the Team Request Form so you can be assigned to a team before registering.

1) Each NEW player will need to contact Romeo at to get a players card. Please include a quality photo of your face in .jpg format, good resolution, without hats or sunglasses, along with your full name and team name.

2) Registration fees are $40.00 per person until Friday August 20th, after that a $10 late fee will be added. Each player is required to have a players card with the current seasons validation sticker, and a matching team jersey. Contact your manager if you are new to the league and need to purchase a jersey. The leagues preferred method of payment is via paypal which can be easily accessed by clicking on the logo below.

3) Players that do not yet have a players card for the league must complete the following form in its entirety. The registration form includes an acknowledgment that you have read and agree to abide by the league rules, and a waiver and release of liability. Your submission of the registration form constitutes your signature and acknowledgment that you have read the waiver and release of liability, understand its terms, and have executed the waiver freely and voluntarily. Submission of the waiver is required for participation in the league.

----- TEAM MANAGERS -----

If you would like to register your team for the upcoming season, please print the Team Roster Form, fill it out in its entirety and mail it to: PO Box 1667, Hood River, Oregon, 97031. Each of your new players must complete all 3 sections above under the "** PLAYERS **" section before March 12, 2010 to be eligible to play, returning players need only pay the league fees if they already have a players card. The League will mail Player Cards to the managers before the first game. The Player Cards are required in order for a player to enter the field and will be checked by the referees before each game.
